Características clínicas
Los cachorros afectados presentan bocio (inflamación de la glándula tiroides en la garganta) en las primeras semanas de vida. Otros síntomas pueden incluir soplos cardíacos leves, tos y dificultad para hacer ejercicio, así como reducción del crecimiento.
